A memorial for slain Fairfield City Councilman Matt Garcia continues to grow outside of Fairfield City Hall. Police on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008 announced that two suspects are in custody in connection with the councilman's death, and another suspect is still outstanding. Garcia was gunned down Sept. 1 while visiting a friend in Cordelia, Calif. He died late last week.
